Growth Cycle
It is our desire to see many more people living a new life in Christ, people who are not only believers but faithful disciples. People who have renounced ‘self’ and obey the mission Jesus has given us to make more disciples who form healthy, gospel-centered churches with a DNA of multiplication.
To achieve this, we have been guided by God to develop and implement this Growth Cycle in every community and church that are part of Red Nueva Vida, written by Hispanics for Hispanics. This is a gradual, continuous, and dynamic process that leads us to ensure that the Christian life is not just an event, but a constant process of growth, development, and expansion of the message of Christ. This is the process for leaders, pastors, and local churches who want to be part of the Red Nueva Vida family. Through this process of discernment and decision, a connection is established to learn more about RNV and, after prayer and God's guidance, make a covenant of commitment with the network.
This is a small-group journey that begins a process of learning to be disciples of Jesus and ultimately to make more disciples of Him through Bible study, prayer, personal follow-up, and fellowship.
We have developed this training to help equip committed leaders in their local church to take their leadership to the next level. It prepares them for the ministry to which they have been called. It teaches them to be models of leadership and service in their communities for the building up of the body of Christ.
This program is for leaders and pastors, offered in partnership with Asbury Theological Seminary. The institute focuses on providing the basic knowledge a church planter needs to begin the process of founding a new church and how to nurture, multiply, and equip others for the work of ministry.
This program provides tools for prayerfully engaging friends, contacts, and communities, developing genuine friendships, sharing the good news of Jesus, and then establishing discipleship relationships with new believers.
