Carmen Jiménez

VP Processes and Leadership

Carmen Jiménez lives in Playa del Carmen, Mexico with her son Fernando and her mother Leonor. She is a woman committed to everything she sets out to do, paying close attention to details as a life-long learner, which has led her to develop a passion for teaching. Carmen is a doctor by profession, but God has used her for many years to create training resources for Christian leaders.

“Shortly after finishing my studies in medicine, the Lord called me to work full-time in church planting. I thank God for all the training experiences, and how His love and patience has shaped me to serve His people. At RNV I am responsible for the training department where I have the opportunity to create teaching materials that are used as support tools for pastors and leaders in the exercise of their ministry. I also direct the RNV Institute where we train in a biblical and practical way leaders who are being called to plant and care for healthy churches. My greatest wish is that many leaders can continue to be equipped for the exercise of the ministry to which they have been called through useful tools to multiply disciples and churches throughout the world.”

Through prayer support and the generosity of ministry partners, the RNV team can minister to the Hispanic people around the world. This is an opportunity for anyone who feels called to support, to also participate in a meaningful way in reaching others, forming disciples and planting churches that transform their communities. We want you to be part of the call that God has made to RNV and to be able to pray for Carmen's ministry. For this, we invite you to subscribe to our newsletter where you will receive periodic news of what God continues to do around the world; and you can support by donating and be a blessing to others in the following ways:
