Corey Daniel Godbey
VP Global Development
Daniel Godbey lives with his wife Marina in Indianapolis, United States. They have a son named Caleb in college, and a daughter named Melissa in high school. He is a disciple of Jesus called to serve as a pastor-missionary. He has been a leader in multicultural, bilingual environments, a facilitator and coach and is passionate about finding healthy and creative processes for small groups. God has given him a creative vision for the development of systems, processes and ministry projects. He is the son of ministers, born in the state of Kansas, who came to know Jesus and surrender his life to Him through a student revival during his college years, which opened opportunities to explore missions ministry in Latin America and follow the call of God.
“After years of serving in missions in diverse cultures and contexts, God moved me to be part of a ministry with a focus on multiplying disciples in a more organic, intentional and accelerated way. It was then that I was introduced to the vision of RNV and felt called to invest my life in this ministry. Here I have found a family of faith that shares the same heart for multiplication and I have had the opportunity to accompany and train pastors and leaders in our mission, processes and principles. It fills me with joy to see my fellow RNV servants marching focused on multiplying disciples, breaking outdated and traditional paradigms to implement creative and contextual strategies. I firmly believe in teamwork and I am happy to participate in this vision, witnessing the development of RNV as an organization and movement. Let's go for more multiplying disciples! More servant-leaders! More healthy churches!"
