Jonathan Morton
President of the RNV
Jonathan Morton is an Irishman who is married to Lupita, a Mexican, and together with their 2 sons, Daniel and Noah, live and serve the Hispanic people in the United States. Jonathan is a visionary, expressive and a passionate leader. Jonathan and Lupita had discipled and planted churches in Mexico and the United States for 30 years, when God called them in 2015 to found Red Nueva Vida. During his ministry, Jonathan has learned that if the focus is simply on planting churches, disciples are rarely formed; but if the focus is on forming disciples, churches are born naturally. That is why his passion is the formation of disciples of Jesus who grow and multiply.
“I have seen the impact of discipleship in the life of each person, the church and the community in general. In 2015 the Lord called us to form RNV and focus on the formation of disciples, planting churches and training servant-leaders in the Hispanic people around the world. I currently serve as the global president of RNV in charge of the ministry, processes, and personnel of RNV in each nation. Lupita ministers in the formation of disciples and leaders, in addition to serving in the administrative area. I long to see each believer formed as a disciple-leader to reproduce themselves in the lives of others, reflecting the new life in Christ and being transformed in the family, church, and community, recognizing that each of us has in our hands an effective, profound, and simple process to be discipled in community and trained as servant-leaders for the church.”
Your generosity and prayers are vital for RNV to continue forming disciples, planting churches, and transforming Hispanic communities around the world.
