Yeison Álvarez
Assistant Coordinator RNV in Colombia
Yeison Álvarez and his wife Liliana currently live in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Yeison is passionate about missions, sharing the gospel in a comprehensive way, and bringing a culture of worship to God everywhere. Yeison grew up in a municipality of Antioquia called Segovia, and since his adolescence he has carried out mission programs in his local church and led discipleship groups in his community. It is a great blessing that he can continue doing this through RNV.
“In 2017, after completing my training at the CPN Bible Institute, I discovered the RNV ministry through Samuel Barrios and immediately connected with the mission of forming disciples in the Hispanic community. As a missionary of the network, I had the privilege of supporting the start of RNV in Guatemala. Now I serve as part of the RNV coordination team in Colombia, where we work training and empowering pastors and leaders so that they can passionately fulfill the Great Commission through the RNV Growth Cycle. It is my desire to see a movement of disciples and leaders multiply in every corner of our country. We believe that with our work, we are the answer to many prayers of brothers who need processes like the ones we have at RNV and where we are breaking paradigms on how to make disciples to see a harvest of souls coming to believe and obey Christ.”
