Myles spent over 25 years in a variety of technical, product and business leadership roles in UK and global media/telecoms companies, including overall management of Disney’s online business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In parallel, he served local churches in the UK as a preacher and church leader and was a trustee of One Mission Society UK.

In 2012, Myles left corporate life and, while completing his theological training, served as an OMS mentor for church planting movements in Europe. In 2014 he moved to Malawi, where he and his wife worked as church development partners with Zambesi Mission. Myles now leads the Scripture Union of England and Wales, supporting churches as they seek to reach the vast majority of the younger generation who do not yet know Jesus.

Myles is married to Ruth, they have four adult children and four grandchildren, and live in the English countryside with Ruth's mother and their Bearded Collie. Myles holds a BSc in Applied Physics, a PhD in Quantum Electronics, an MBA and an MA in Applied Theology. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
