Randy served as a Bible professor at the Colombian Bible Seminary from 1977 to 1994. He then returned to the United States where he was Vice President of Human Resources for One Mission Society. After several years in the Human Resources office, he became International Regional Director in Latin America and eventually International Executive Director with OMS. Since 2017 he has served on the pastoral staff of New Hope Church in Greenwood, Indiana. Randy earned a B.A. in Mathematics, Secondary Education from Asbury College, an M.A. in Biblical Studies in Old Testament from Asbury College, and graduate studies in New Testament from Wycliffe College, Toronto. He and his wife Linda have four children and eight grandchildren.
